We had a really good time at Stars and Strikes. i don’t remember every little part of the day, but I definitely remember how excited my son was at the prize counter. He’d been saving up tickets for a while, and the staff was really patient helping us figure out what he could get. Nobody acted annoyed or rushed us, which I appreciated. The redemption was easy too, no weird card or points issues that I can recall. The prizes were actually better than I expected, and we left happy. My son was thrilled, so it’s 5 stars from us.

We had my son’s birthday party here, and overall I’d say it was a fair experience. The staff was friendly and did a good job keeping everything moving, which I really appreciated with a bunch of excited kids running around. The food was decent and came out without any major issues. It was definitely loud and busy, but that’s kind of expected for a place like this. The kids had a great time, so I can’t really complain too much

we had my son’s birthday party here and it went well. the kids had a blast with the bowling and arcade, and the staff was helpful with keeping everything on track. the food took a little longer than we hoped, but it wasn’t a big deal. it was busy, so it got loud at times, but that kind of comes with the territory. overall, it was an easy, fun party and i’d definitely consider doing it again.

The lanes were mostly smooth and easy to play on. We had one little jam happen, which was a bit annoying, but it got sorted out and didn’t really mess up the night. Overall, still had a fun time.

We went and, most of the attractions were open, which was nice. The bowling and arcade were both really fun, and we had a good time just hanging out. Laser tag did have a bit of a wait, so that was kind of annoying, but overall it was a good experience.

The wait was ridiculous. I kept thinking it would just be another few minutes, but it dragged on and on. Like, I could’ve grabbed coffee, answered emails, made a whole grocery list, scrolled through half my phone, and still probably would’ve been waiting. It just felt way longer than it should have...

This was disappointing. The fries showed up cold and sad, and the wings were soggy like they’d given up before they even got to me. Not sure how you mess up something this basic, but here we are.

I don’t know why, but the bathroom at Stars and Strikes was gross when I went. The floors were sticky, the trash was overflowing, and the smell was really bad. One of the soap dispensers was empty too. It kind of ruined the visit for me because it felt like no one had checked on it all night

It was an okay visit overall, but the place felt run down. The tables were sticky, the bathroom definitely needed cleaning, and our lane kept messing up. What made it more annoying was that there was barely any human contact when we needed help, so it felt like we were just stuck waiting around. The staff I did see seemed nice enough, but the maintenance and service really need more attention

I booked through starsandstrikes.com and it was easy. I just picked the date, time, and lane, and the whole thing only took a few minutes. The site didn’t glitch or give me any trouble, which was a nice surprise. Got my confirmation right away too, so planning our night out felt way less Stressful. I’d definitely use it again.

Umm, I had a hard time getting around the menus. They felt kind of confusing, and some of the buttons didn’t really make sense or read the way I expected them to.

Went to Stars and Strikes thinking I’d bowl a little, play a few games, and have a decent time. Silly me. Apparently, the real attraction is loading money onto a payment card and then watching machines act like they’ve never seen it before.

The games kept not reading the card correctly, so the staff had to check it more than once. Super relaxing. I just wanted to play, not participate in a troubleshooting workshop. Frustrating experience overall.

We took the kids here thinking it would be, you know, a fun family night out, but it felt more like a loud bar than a place for families. There were teens running around and making a lot of noise, and the staff just kind of didn’t seem all that bothered by it. We ended up leaving earlier than we planned because it just wasn’t the vibe we were hoping for. Kind of disappointing, honestly

The place itself was okay once we got inside, so maybe I’m being a little too harsh, but the parking situation really got to me. It took forever to find a spot, and the lot felt crowded and confusing. We ended up parking far away and walking over with the kids, which was not fun. I kept wondering if we should’ve just gone somewhere else, honestly. It put me in a bad mood before we even walked in.

I had to follow up a few times to get my refund, and from what I could tell, it still ended up taking longer than they originally said. Maybe there was something going on behind the scenes that I didn’t know about, but it was a bit frustrating on my end. Not the best experience.

I went with my family on a day when we had already been running around doing errands, so everyone was kind of ready to just not think too hard for a while. i felt safe the whole time we were there. The staff were around, the doors and parking area seemed fine, and I never got that weird sketchy feeling. The kids were able to just play and enjoy themselves, and I actually got to relax a little, which does not always happen when we go places as a family.

The customer service was really good. We had a problem with our lane, and the guy at the desk jumped in and got it fixed quickly, which was such a relief. He was super nice about it too. We did have to wait a little bit, but it wasn’t a big deal at all

I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting to feel like it was worth the money, but the prices for bowling and the games were actually fair. The food did add a bit more to the total, which wasn’t my favorite, but overall I’d say it was a good value.

The games themselves were fine and pretty much what I expected, but I was a little disappointed with the staff. I wasn’t expecting anything over the top, just a friendly attitude, but they seemed bothered when we asked questions and barely smiled. It didn’t ruin the whole experience, but it definitely made it feel less welcoming than I hoped.

Went out for drinks and, the cocktails were kind of disappointing. They tasted watered down and just a bit flat. The bartender was really nice, which I appreciated, but for the price, the drinks just didn’t feel worth it
